Take part in the Bridport Hat Festival!
Bridport is home to the world renowned “Hat Festival†– once a year on the 1st Saturday in September everyone who comes to town wears a hat of one sort or another – it could be a plain old baseball cap or it could be a fancy homemade sculpture
But one thing is for sure everyone is welcome to join in the mass photograph that takes place in Bucky Doo Square in the heart of the town at lunchtime.
Started 8 years ago the event has grown into epic proportions.
A full programme of events are planned over the weekend which includes competitions and auctions so either pop into our very own Hatters – Snooks in West Street Bridport or check out their website for further details
